Please ensure that the original packaging remains sealed and the fragrance is unused to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original designer box and protective shipping carton to prevent breakage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our scent specialists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
